Rise Into Who You Are
There's a version of you beneath the roles, the coping, and the patterns you've picked up along the way. This retreat is a space to reconnect with that version and step more fully into who you were always meant to become.
For seven days, ancient wisdom traditions come together on sacred ground, held within the spiritual philosophy, land, and livity of the Rastafari Indigenous Village. Ital food, reasoning, ceremony, drumming, reflection, and connection to the Earth create an environment for looking inward and reconnecting with yourself.
Throughout the experience, you'll have opportunities to see things from a different perspective, recognize stories you've outgrown, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside along the way.
The intention is simple: to leave with greater clarity, connection, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
You'll rise lighter. Clearer. More yourself than when you arrived.

For seven days, we are not simply staying at a retreat property. We are being welcomed into a living Rastafari community.
This is an opportunity to experience a way of life rooted in nature, spirituality, community, conscious living, and connection to the Earth. We ask that you enter the Village as a respectful guest, remaining open to learning about its traditions, customs, philosophy, food, and relationship with the land.
Come curious rather than expecting everything to resemble the comforts and routines of home. Part of this journey is allowing ourselves to experience another way of living.
From the moment you arrive, allow yourself to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and become present. Over the next seven days, this island will be more than your destination. It will become the setting for connection, reflection, discovery, and expansion.
Come with an open heart and a curious spirit. Leave behind expectations of who you should be or what you should experience.
For this week, simply give yourself permission to be, feel, explore, and receive.
Welcome home. Welcome to Jamaica.
Upon arrival in Jamaica, your private transportation will be waiting to take you directly to the Rastafari Indigenous Village, located approximately 20 minutes from the airport.
As you make the short journey to the Village, allow yourself to begin slowing down and transitioning out of travel mode. Take in the beauty of Jamaica, breathe deeply, and begin leaving the noise of everyday life behind.
Your retreat has officially begun.
Welcome to your home for the next seven days.
Upon arrival, we will be welcomed into the Rastafari Indigenous Village, shown to our accommodations and given time to unpack, explore and settle into our surroundings.
Walk the land. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Listen to the sounds around you.
We will come together for our first communal meal, a nourishing welcome dinner of fresh, plant based Ital cuisine, prepared farm to table with ingredients grown and harvested from the land whenever possible. As we nourish our bodies in preparation for the journey ahead, we will gather around the table to connect, share stories, laugh, and begin forming the community that will carry us through the week.
Our first evening closes around the fire with a traditional foot bath, offering a gentle moment to cleanse, ground, and transition from the journey of getting here into the experience ahead. Together around the fire, we slow down, connect, and begin settling into the rhythm of the Village.
MEALS: Dinner
A nourishing Ital breakfast followed by time to relax, journal, or enjoy the Village.
Using your personal birth chart, we will explore some of the energies that make you uniquely you. We will look at your Sun, Moon, Rising sign, and key planetary placements to better understand your emotions, patterns, strengths, relationships, and the ways you naturally move through life.
Together with our facilitator, we will prepare for the evening’s ceremony by exploring what brought us here, what we are seeking, and what we may be ready to understand, release, or expand into. This will also be a safe space to ask questions, discuss what to expect, and receive guidance as we set our personal intentions for the journey ahead.
Before entering ceremony, Queen I will guide us through an intentional aura clearing to help cleanse and balance our energy. This is a time to release what we do not need to carry forward and prepare ourselves energetically for the journey ahead.
We gather for our first sacred ceremony together. This is the moment to release expectations, surrender to the experience, and allow the journey to unfold in whatever way it needs to.
REMEMBER TO WEAR ALL WHITE
MEALS: Breakfast (Smoothie)
Slow Morning & Ital Breakfast
There is no need to rush this morning. Wake naturally, nourish your body with a fresh Ital breakfast, and allow yourself time to process whatever emotions, thoughts, or realizations may still be unfolding from the night before.
We gather as a community to reflect on our first ceremony. This is a safe and supportive space to share what came up, listen to the experiences of others, and begin exploring how the lessons and insights from the journey may relate to our everyday lives.
Enjoy lunch followed by time to rest, journal, walk the land, connect with others, or simply be still.
This afternoon is intentionally left open for you to listen to what your body, mind, and spirit need. Choose from optional healing and self care experiences offered by practitioners at the Village, including massage, bush baths (yoni steam), Reiki and energy work, sound healing, and other restorative treatments.
We step onto the land with members of the Village to learn about their relationship with the Earth, the plants they grow, and the importance of living in harmony with nature. We get our hands into the soil and participate in planting, harvesting, or tending the land ourselves.
We come back together around the table to nourish ourselves, connect, laugh, and share.
Feel the heartbeat of Rastafari through the power of rhythm. Gather in circle with members of the Village for an immersive drumming experience rooted in connection, expression, and community. After journeying inward, the drum invites us back into our bodies, allowing us to release, reconnect, and experience the energy created when many hearts move to one rhythm.
MEALS: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
We begin slowly with gentle meditation, breath, and stillness. An opportunity to check in with yourself and notice what may have shifted since your first ceremony.
A nourishing breakfast followed by a relaxed morning around the Village.
We journey together to the nearby river and waterfall for a morning immersed in nature. Surrounded by flowing water and the beauty of the Jamaican landscape, this is a chance to ground, reflect, reconnect with the Earth, and simply enjoy being present before our second ceremony.
We gather with our facilitator to prepare for our second journey. This is a space to discuss anything that surfaced during the first ceremony, ask questions, receive guidance, and set a deeper intention for the experience ahead.
From this point forward, we enter a period of intentional silence. Use these hours to rest, journal, meditate, walk the land, or simply be with yourself as you prepare mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for ceremony.
We return to sacred ceremony for our second journey, carrying with us the awareness and lessons of the days before. Tonight, we surrender a little deeper, release expectations, and remain open to whatever the experience may reveal.
Tonight's intention: What am I ready to release, and what am I ready to become?
MEALS: Breakfast
Ease into the morning with a nourishing breakfast and time to simply be. After our second ceremony, there is no need to rush into the day.
We gather to share, listen, and begin making sense of what surfaced during ceremony. Integration is where the experience begins to move beyond the ceremony and into how we understand ourselves and choose to live.
We gather for a nourishing lunch before an afternoon dedicated to restoration and personal choice.
This afternoon is intentionally left open for you to listen to what your body, mind, and spirit need. Choose from optional healing and self care experiences offered by practitioners at the Village, including massage, bush baths (yoni steam), Reiki and energy work, sound healing, and other restorative treatments.
We return for dinner and a relaxed evening at the Village, allowing the experiences of the past few days to continue settling in.
MEALS: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
We begin our final full day together with a nourishing breakfast before heading out for a morning surrounded by the natural beauty of Jamaica.
After several days of journeying inward, we step back out into the beauty of Jamaica. Float peacefully along the Martha Brae River aboard a traditional bamboo raft, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and the gentle rhythm of the water. This morning is about presence, connection, and simply allowing yourself to receive the beauty around you.
We return to the Village for a nourishing Ital lunch and time to relax.
After several days of deep inner exploration, today is about allowing yourself to receive, enjoy, and appreciate the journey.
We head to the beach for an easy afternoon by the Caribbean Sea. Swim, walk the shoreline, connect with others, or find a quiet place in the sand to reflect. There is no lesson to learn here and nowhere you need to get to. Just water, nature, community, and space to breathe.
We gather one final time in sacred circle to honor the journey we have shared. Together, we reflect on what we discovered, what we released, the connections we formed, and most importantly, what we choose to carry forward with us.
We commune around the table one final time for a special farewell dinner, celebrating the friendships, laughter, breakthroughs, and memories created throughout our week together.
We arrived as individuals seeking something.
We leave connected, expanded, and carrying a little more of ourselves home with us.
MEALS: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
We gather around the table one last time for breakfast, conversation, hugs, and a few final moments together at the Village.
Private transportation will be arranged to take you to the airport for your journey home.
As you leave Jamaica, remember that self discovery does not end when the retreat does. Take the lessons, connections, practices, and intentions you discovered here and allow them to become part of how you move through the world.
The retreat ends here. The journey continues.
MEALS: Breakfast
Integration is the process of taking what you experienced, felt, questioned, or discovered and exploring how it relates to the life you return to. Throughout the retreat, we intentionally create space for rest, journaling, nature, conversation, integration circles, and spiritual practices to help you process your experiences.
Our connection will also continue after Jamaica with a virtual group integration session, giving us an opportunity to reconnect, share how things are unfolding, and support one another as we return to everyday life.

Preparation for your retreat begins before you arrive in Jamaica.
In the weeks leading up to our retreat, we ask you to become more intentional about what you put into your body. This is not about starving yourself or following an extreme diet. It is about gradually simplifying what you eat, reducing foods and substances that may create unnecessary physical stress, and arriving feeling lighter, clearer, and prepared for the experience ahead.
We recommend beginning your preparation approximately two weeks before the retreat, with the most intentional preparation taking place during the final seven days.
Begin transitioning toward a cleaner, simpler diet.
Gradually reduce:
Red meat
Heavy proteins
Fried and greasy foods
Highly processed foods
Refined sugar
Excessive salt
Very spicy foods
Heavy sauces and seasonings
Caffeine and energy drinks
Begin increasing:
Fresh vegetables
Fresh fruits
Whole grains
Brown rice
Quinoa
Oats
Beans, lentils and chickpeas
Nuts and seeds
Light proteins such as fresh fish, chicken or eggs if desired
Water and herbal teas
This is also a good time to begin reducing alcohol and other substances rather than waiting until the last few days.
During the final week, we ask that you simplify your diet even further.
Focus primarily on fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes and simple, freshly prepared meals.
Avoid or significantly reduce:
Pork and red meat
Processed and cured meats
Aged cheeses
Fermented foods
Soy sauce
Highly processed foods
Fast food
Fried foods
Excessive salt
Refined sugar and sweets
Very spicy foods
Heavy sauces
Excessive caffeine
Alcohol
Recreational drugs
Certain aged, cured, and fermented foods are traditionally restricted.
Your medical screening and facilitator instructions remain the authority regarding medication, supplement and substance restrictions.
As ceremony approaches, keep your meals especially simple and easy to digest.
Good choices include:
Vegetable soups
Steamed or lightly cooked vegetables
Brown or white rice
Quinoa
Oatmeal
Fresh fruit
Simple salads
Light plant based meals
Plenty of water
Herbal teas
Think light, fresh and uncomplicated.
You should still eat. This preparation is not about depriving your body of nourishment.
Preparation is not only about food.
As the retreat approaches, begin creating a little more quiet in your life.
Reduce excessive social media and screen time.
Spend more time outside.
Journal.
Meditate.
Take walks.
Get adequate sleep.
Pay attention to your thoughts.
Begin considering why you are coming and what questions have been asking for your attention.
Think of these two weeks as the beginning of the retreat rather than simply the time before it.
And yes, you are still going to eat GOOD!
Throughout our week at the Rastafari Indigenous Village, we will enjoy delicious, freshly prepared Ital cuisine, rooted in Rastafari culture and a philosophy of eating naturally and consciously.
Expect colorful, nourishing, predominantly plant based meals prepared with fresh ingredients, including foods grown and harvested from the land whenever possible.
This is farm to table eating in one of its most authentic forms.
Our food will nourish us, but it will also bring us together.
We will commune around the table, share stories, laugh, connect and experience food as something more than simply a meal. It becomes another part of our relationship with the Earth, the Village and one another.
On ceremony days, our meals will become lighter as we approach the evening.

This week is less about what you bring with you and more about what you allow yourself to experience once you arrive.
November in Montego Bay is typically warm and tropical, with daytime temperatures around 86°F and evenings around 77°F. Humidity remains high, and while November moves toward Jamaica’s drier season, passing showers are still possible, especially earlier in the month. Pack for warm weather, sunshine, rain, nature, and plenty of time outdoors.
